Who am I
Andrea's Story
I used to be a data engineer in finance—deep in numbers, deadlines, and burnout. Pilates wasn’t even on my radar until I tried a class at my gym… and it kicked my butt. At first, I thought it was just another yoga-like workout. But the more I practiced (and eventually got certified), the more I realized: this is different. It’s smart movement. Rooted in physical therapy. And it works. It helped me reconnect with my body—and myself. Now I teach it to help others do the same. Let’s move with purpose, strength, and confidence—together.
Mission
I want to deliver personalized, intelligent Pilates instruction that empowers clients to reach their unique goals—whether it's cross-training, correcting imbalances, recovering from surgery, or simply building strength and clarity through movement. With Kane School training and a background in data engineering, I bring a precise, analytical approach to body mechanics. In today's fast-paced environment, I help clients reduce stress, restore vitality, and move with confidence—so they feel stronger not just in class, but in everyday life.
